That US photographer Donald Miralle Jr. is at one with water — he’s an elite paddleboard racer and lives in the San Diego beach community of Leucadia — shows. He took this evocative shot of Ironman competitors swimming over a school of fish at Kailua Bay in Kona, Hawaii, which in turn won the World Press Photo 2012 award. We don’t have anything to add except that it’s magical. Yep. It’s magical. It’s magical. It’s magical.
